A little bit on my background...

I have an undergraduate degree in English from St. Joseph’s University, and a Master’s Certificate in Training and Organizational Development, also from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA-USA.

I started my career out in the Philadelphia area and after many years of volunteering with a Youth Leadership Training organization, I was fortunate enough to become the Director of the American Red Cross Leadership Development Center (LDC). I take great pride in still working with this organization via my coaching. Now known as Spark the Wave – this non-profit organization empowers youth through educational and leadership training programs to become great and community leaders.

After my time at LDC, I embarked on an international consulting career
with A.T. Kearney – living and working all over Europe, and learning how
to assist multi-national corporations with improving their businesses while streamlining processes and costs. At A.T. Kearney, I was very fortunate to work with gifted colleagues on challenging and complex engagements, which offered me an incredible learning environment and the ability to see real change taking place. With every client, and with every project- my absolute favorite aspect of the work was identifying ways to help the client succeed with the necessary Change Management to make the project have a lasting impact on the business. It was exactly this interest that led me to becoming a Business Coach upon my return to the US, and to the Philadelphia area -- in 2006.

Since 2006, I am a Certified Personal and Business Results Coach through the Comprehensive Coaching University (now known as The Coaching Institute). Shortly after setting up LTC Coaching & Consulting – I was granted the distinguished honor of being named the International Coach of the Year for 2008. During this time, I also served as the President of the Chalfont Chapter of BNI (Business Network International), a local business networking group in the Philadelphia area, and was active in the Bucks County Network Now group – both immensely valuable organizations that helped me to establish my business in the area.
